Dear guests,Our new summer menu is inspired by the garden we established this year. At an altitude of 1200m, in the clear and sunny air of the Rhodopi mountains and chemically untreated soil, we will be growing vegetables and fruits, and later we will share them with you. Our garden is organized according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture and soon those who wish may visit us on the site, live outside civilization in the retreat center we are building, or work for a while in the open. We believe that unconventional food nourishes not only the body, but also the mind with unconventional ideas and creative thought. Our main goal is our food to be balanced and basic groups not mixed, so that you can leave feeling satiated and light. We continue using organic foods - besides honey and yoghurt, we cook organic quinoa and buckwheat. There are more organic options in our Saturday menu. |
